Prayer & Medication
It's Tuesday which means it's our ladies prayer meeting at 9:00am. If you can get to the church for the PUSH and Praise prayer meeting - you will definately be blessed.

Devotional!
Psalms 63:1 “O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you.” When the Psalmist stated that God was his God he proved it by his pursuit. How can any of us claim that He is our God without a prayer life? How much sense does it make to state that the very God of heaven, creator of all, is your God if you don’t spend any time with Him? However, I am not saying that He cannot be your God if you don’t have much of a prayer life – I am saying that you don’t make much of a proclamation that He is God without a prayer life.
Prayer is more than just a religious activity. Prayer is our expression of love and desire for God. What is it that the Muslim’s have in their faith that is known world-wide? Three times a day they bow to pray to Allah. Three times a day they pray to a dead god and yet we allow our living God to go unnoticed many times. Our lack of prayer almost nullifies our proclamation of faith.
A person can say all they want about their love for God but prayer is the one activity that says it the best. I have always maintained that the lack of prayer comes from the lack of desire. Anything we desire we want to be with. It does not make sense to talk about our great love for anyone if we don’t actually go out of our way to be with that person. Proverbs says, Many men will proclaim unfailing love, but who can find a faithful man? It indicates that the true sign of love is faithfulness to the one you are professing your love to.

Medication: A Merry Heart
Blonde in Heaven
A blonde died and went to heaven. When she got to the
Pearly Gates, she met Saint Peter who said, "Before you get
to come into heaven, you have to pass a test."
"OH, NO!" exclaimed the blonde.
But Saint Peter said not to worry, because he would make it
an easy test. "Who was God's son?" asked Saint Peter.
The blonde thought for a few minutes and replied,
"Andy."
"Andy? That's interesting. What made you say that?" inquired
Saint Peter.
Then the blonde started to sing, "Andy walks with me. Andy
talks with me. Andy tells me..."
